Passer-by points police to cannabis factory in Preston Road, Harrow

A TIP-OFF from a member of the public on Tuesday, January 31, led officers on patrol from Barnhill Safer Neighbourhoods Team to gain entry to the property in Preston Road, Harrow, and discover it was being used as a cannabis factory.

No-one was present but more than 100 plants at various stages of growth were seized, and the house closed.
