Jasmine Chahal, 18, of Lancelot Road in Wembley, will compete against girls from across the country on Saturday for the coveted title.

If she wins, she will gain a place in the Miss England grand final.
Miss Chahal, who studies fashion and textiles A-Level at West Herts College in Watford, entered the competition at the last minute, and was delighted to find out that she had made it through.
She said: "I am delighted to be selected for the final of Miss Asian Model 2012. I am really looking forward to meeting all the other finalists and getting my outfits together for the different rounds."
On Saturday night Miss Chahal will take part in a ceremony at Amber Bar in Moorgate, where she will carry out a one to one interview with a panel of judges, and three catwalk rounds where she will model day wear, party wear and evening wear.
It is the first competition of its kind she has taken part in.
The final of Miss Asian Model is being organized by Front Models, a national modelling agency.
All finalists are encouraged to raise money for the 'Beauty with a Purpose' charity, which was officially established by as a result of the beauty competition last year. Miss Chahal is busy getting sponsorship and support ahead of the big day.
The charity aims to help local and international organizations and projects across the world to help make a difference
to the lives of disadvantaged and deprived people.
Over the last three years the Miss England finalists have raised more than £200,000 for various charities including "The Institute of Cancer, The Variety Club of Great Britain, Beat and the National Autistic Society.
Miss Chahal's mother, Kulwinder Chahal, said: "I know I am her mother and I would say this, but she really is stunning. She has a very unusual look about her, and she is always being asked to model things for projects at her college. People really notice her and I think she is in with a good chance. I am really excited for her."
Jasmine needs local support to help win the Miss Asian Model 2012 title.
